Design Process

Next, I developed a round of roughs including sketches, font options, and a color scheme. Once approved, I created the digital illustration in Adobe Fresco & the final design in Adobe Illustrator.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Becca Rozar at Because Friendship on a recent design and art project — and to put it simply, she blew me away.
I came to her with what could only be described as a half-baked, completely unartistic idea. I knew the feeling I wanted the artwork to convey, but I didn’t have the words or creative vocabulary to express it clearly. From our first conversation, Becca not only got it, she somehow saw beyond it. She translated my loose ideas into something refined, meaningful, and visually stunning.
Throughout the entire process, Becca was professional, kind, communicative, and thoughtful. She was proactive with updates, early on every deadline, and never once made the process feel transactional. Instead, it felt like true collaboration — creative, personal, and full of trust.
The final artwork exceeded every expectation. It perfectly captured the tone and emotion I was trying to express — only better. Becca also delivered the project files in every format imaginable, which made it effortless for me and my team to use across different platforms and materials. It’s a level of thoroughness and care that is rare in any creative partnership.
What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of Becca’s art (which is exceptional), but the grace, humility, and attention to detail she brings to her craft. She’s what I’d call an artist’s artist — someone who sees the world through a creative lens, but also understands deadlines, communication, and the realities of bringing art into real-world applications.
If you’re looking for someone who combines heart, talent, and professionalism, look no further than Becca Rozar and Because Friendship. Working with her wasn’t just easy — it was inspiring.”
